Do you share my images?

At the heart of our boudoir photography philosophy is our commitment to making you feel comfortable and at ease. We understand that boudoir photography can be a life-changing experience, but it can also be nerve-wracking. Whether you’re learning to love your body and not ready to share or simply want to keep your images private, we respect your personal preferences and offer different levels of privacy to accommodate your needs.

Do I have to wear lingerie?

When it comes to wardrobe choices, lingerie is not mandatory. We encourage you to wear outfits that reflect your personality, whether that’s an oversized sweater and leggings, a sheet, or even your significant other’s favorite jersey. We’ve had clients come in with everything from Pin-up to cosplay, so there’s no limit to what you can wear.

Do you have payment plans?

YES! Actually, almost all of our clients opt to pay their collection before their session with our flexible pre-payment options. Don’t want to set up a plan before your session? That’s okay! You can pay in full up to 30 days before your session! We don’t offer payment plans after your session, so plan accordingly.

Do you provide hair and makeup?

YES! I work with a fabulously talented professional hair and makeup artist Janell, our head stylist. We also have a team of amazing stylists, Nicole and Sarah! Hair and Makeup styling is included in the Session Retainer Fee and a part of the Boudoir Experience! I think it’s really important for you to feel pampered, and having your hair and makeup done is a great way to do that! Our amazing team can help you complete your look, whether that’s “I just woke up like this” or Full on glam!

Do you photoshop my images?

We do slight retouching! What I mean by slight is we smooth your skin to make it radiant and glowing, we bring out highlights & shine in your hair, bring out your eyes and makeup, throw a little extra attention on those gorgeous tattoos if you’ve got them! We remove any acne, bruises, scars (we always ask if you want this!), etc!

Our method of retouching brings out YOUR natural, beautiful features. We never alter your body in any way or make you look like somebody else. When you come in for your reveal, our goal is to show you that beauty you’ve been having a difficult time seeing yourself.

Rest assured, you will look like a Goddess.

Part of the process of accepting yourself and seeing your beauty also means not photoshopping out parts of yourself you don’t like. If there are parts of yourself that are learning to love and aren’t thrilled about, that is okay! We are skilled in posing and lighting to make you look your absolute best and brings out your shine!

What type of products do you offer?

We have scoured the earth for the most beautiful and luxe albums there is to offer, and we offer those. Choose from different, but all stunning material covers, add a stunning diamond image to the front, and your favorite color for your gilded pages. These beautiful albums are hand bound by an all female team, and are heirloom style albums that scream, “I AM ART”. We also offer a variety of other gift products and we adore our Metal Print wall art! Another client favorite add on is our super spicy, Naughty Magazine.

Although our primary products are the luxury albums, we know you all love to have your images in digital format, so we do offer some digital options. Our most common collections include digital images and our popular “mobile app”!

What if I am super nervous?

Nerves are all part of the experience! I always say that it would probably be weird if you WEREN’T nervous. The nervousness in the beginning of your shoot make your moment of “WOW” seeing your photos for the first so much better!

Literally everyone is nervous at their shoot! I photograph every-day women, not models, so it’s totally normal to feel nervous at your shoot. There is no pre requisite to getting a boudoir session done- it is for EVERYONE, every body type, every age (over 18 of course!). You will have a great time though and when you see your gorgeous images, it will totally be worth it. We understand that nerves are a normal part of the experience, which is why we guide you every step of the way. We coach you on expressions and even show you how to pose by doing the pose ourselves. All you have to do is show up, get pampered, and have fun.

Should I arrive early to my session?

You should always plan on getting to your shoot about 5-10 minutes early so we can talk about your outfits and colors and make a plan for hair and makeup!

What if I’m not confident in front of the camera?

Let me tell you a secret, almost every woman who books a session says this. Confidence isn’t a prerequisite for boudoir. It’s a result.

You don’t need to show up knowing how to pose or feeling like a model. That’s my job. I’ll guide you through every angle, every expression, every movement. I’ll coach you with words, demonstrate poses if needed, and make sure you never feel lost or unsure.

What matters is that you show up as you are; nervous, curious, ready for something different. Confidence is something we build together during your session. And when you see your images, you’ll realize it was there all along.
